Announcement for the procurement of External services for „Intelligent Cross Border Accelerator for Innovative ICT-enabled start-ups (iCBA)“ according to the Agreement no. iCBA-F1-SO 1.1-SC 038 ICBA Project Implementation  for WP5 D.5.4.2 within the framework of the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme “ Greece – the Republic of North Macedonia 2014-2020 for the needs of the project partner University of Information Science and Technology St. Paul the Apostle, Ohrid.

The University of Information Science and Technology St. Paul the Apostle, Ohrid,  is announcing an

 

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR 

 

Provision of External services for “ICBA” Project Implementation for WP 5 with ONE  /1/ Lot

 

WP5Training & Mentoring process. D5.4.2: Procurement of external expert services for mentoring organized in two stages: (a) An open Call asking mature start-ups or companies to hire new idea owners for 3 months so as to mutually develop a 2nd (validated) version of the business plan (b) In cases not attracting interest of mature start-ups, mentoring the trainees in order to create a company comprised from the team members. (18 teams) according to project specifications.

The procedure to be applied for this announcement is the simplified tender procedure according to PRAG rules. The complete tender dossier can be found at the UIST Faculty web page and can be downloaded from here

A. Instructions to tenderers

B. Draft contract agreement and special conditions with annexes:

  1. General conditions for service contracts
  2. Terms of reference
  3. Organisation and methodology (to be submitted by the tenderer using the template provided)
  4. Key experts (including templates for the summary list of key experts and their CVs)
  5. Budget (to be submitted by the tenderer as the financial offer using the template provided)
  6. Forms and other supporting documents – LIF and FIF

C. Other information:

  1. Administrative compliance grid
  2. Evaluation grid

D. Tender submission form and declaration of honour on exclusion and selection criteria

 

Under point 4.1 (6) of the instructions to tenderers you will be requested to submit documentary evidence for these references.
