On 20 October 2023, the Chinese Ambassador H. E. Zhang Zuo attended the launching ceremony of the commemorative envelope marking the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of N. Macedonia at the University of Information Science and Technology St. Paul the Apostle and delivered a speech. Also, a welcomed address was given by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at UIST, Prof. Ustijana R. Shikoska, Ph.D.
