26 Oct Diploma Award Ceremony at UIST
On 25 October 2023, on the occasion of the Diploma Award Ceremony at the University of Information Science and Technology St. Paul the Apostle were awarded diplomas to the new generation of graduates of 2022/2023. The ceremony was opened with a performance of the national and academic hymns by a chamber ensemble from the State Music School in Struga. The Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Ustijana Rechkoska-Shikoska, addressed a welcome speech and congratulated the new UIST graduates. Ms. Ana Aleksova, the President of the UIST Student Assembly, moderated the event. The representative from the local self-government of the Municipality of Ohrid, Ms. Aleksandra Nastoska–Nikoloska, addressed the new graduates, emphasizing that she was a student at UIST from the first generation of graduates. The President of the UIST Senate – Assist. Prof. Dr. Rasim Salkoski gave a closing speech with congratulations. The ceremony ended with awarding of diplomas to the new graduate and postgraduate students from the UIST.
