Global Training Program: Developing and Presenting Business Ideas to Investors

An international training session aimed at developing business ideas and preparing them for presentation to investors took place in Struga from April 15 to 20, 2024. This event gathered 20 high school students from vocational schools in Macedonia, Turkey, and Estonia.

The objective of the training is to guide participants in exploring and refining their ideas, transforming them into viable opportunities ready for presentation to potential investors. Professor Ustijana Rechkoska Shikoska, PhD, Vice-Rector, is involved in this initiative, which falls under the Erasmus+ project titled “Enhancing Entrepreneurial Skills Among Vocational School Interns.” This project receives support from the Turkish Agency for European Mobility.

The overarching aim of the project is to foster innovation in vocational education across Turkey, Macedonia, and Estonia. This will be achieved by bolstering interns’ soft skills and entrepreneurial competencies through a series of tailored trainings, workshops, sharing of best practices between participating countries, and the creation of new educational resources. MESVAK, based in Ankara, Turkey, serves as the primary coordinator of the project, with support from CEFE Macedonia and the Ankara Directorate of National Education (ADNE).
