19 Nov The University of Information Science and Technology “St. Paul the Apostle” joins the celebration of International Students’ Day
The International Students’ Day celebrated on the 17 November is a global day to recognize student activism. The University of Information Science and Technology “St. Paul the Apostle” strongly believes in the importance of student activism and supports student initiatives that significantly contribute to the development and affirmation of the University. Student startups, workshops, conferences, forums, and cultural events where students and professors, from Macedonia and abroad take part are just a few examples of students’ activisms. One of the main goals of students’ activism is to strengthen the integrity of the university, respecting its autonomy and participating in decision-making processes crucial to the institution. Mutual support among students, and integration into student life through student activism, is an inseparable part of studying. It begins on the first day of university studies and continues, passing on to future generations after graduation.
